Mac's Re-Board
Mac decided to take one of his older boards and give it a make-over. He's always wanted less volume in the front of the board so he began trimming it down. This exercise falls somewhere between research and development, and play......kinda like building study models in a design lab!
After stripping off the glass he takes it outside to re-shape the front half.
After blending in the rails to the back half he was ready to lay up the glass work. His biggest beef with this board was that he couldn't duck dive it. This ought to help!
We had some left over resin tint from the long board and used this on the new glass work. A little hot coat and some sanding and she's ready to go!
